BEDS 2 U Online Orders
We are pleased to announce our new online ordering system, making it even easier for our customers to place orders with us.
How to make an order:
Alongside all of the products on the site you will find "Order" links which allow you to add a particular item to your list (shown in the top-right corner of your browser if you have started an order). This list helps you keep track of the items that you are interested in, and gives you a running total of overall cost as well. When you have selected all of the items you require on the site, click the "Send Order" button - this will take you to a new page that lists your complete order, along with a simple form to input your contact details into. Before sending your order, please double check all of the items in your list are correct and that your contact details are correct also and then press the "Send Order Request" button.
How do I remove items from an order?
You can click the red x that appears alongside each item in the order list (or on the send order page) to remove them individually, or click the reset button to clear all items.
What happens to my order?
When you submit an order, we will receive an email with your details and the items you wish to purchase. We will check stock levels and delivery costs etc before contacting you to confirm your order and finalise costs, delivery times and payment.
Do you take online payments?
No, we prefer the personal touch, so our ordering system is provided just to make it easier for you to request products from us. Sending an order request does not put you under any obligation to us until we have finalised order details with you personally.
Technical Difficulties
If you are having issues using the system, please first check that your browser has Javascript functionality turned on, and that you can accept Cookies. Our ordering system has been tested on all modern browsers, so please make sure your browser is up-to-date if problems persist.
3 Steps to Place an Order
Step 1 - Browse our site and click the order buttons/links alongside each item you wish to order. Items will be added to a list that is shown the top-right corner of your browser.
Step 2 - Click the "Send Order" button in your list of items when you have added all the items you require. Check the items are correct and complete your contact details before clicking the "Send Order Request" button.
Step 3 - When we receive your order we will check stock levels and delivery details before contacting you to finalise details and payment.
